“Tools In The Trade Boot Camp organized by the Saugeen Sparks Training Centre was undoubtedly a remarkable success and an unforgettable experience for Wilson Corp. As representatives of our company, Brett Knowlton and I had the privilege of participating in this event, where we encountered an abundance of exceptional candidates for potential apprenticeships. As a result, we were delighted to extend offers of employment to two of the individuals we met that day. The wide range of tools and resources provided during the Trade Boot Camp allowed the participants to showcase their skills and abilities in their respective trades. This enabled us, as potential employers, to accurately evaluate their practical knowledge and assess their potential to contribute to our organization. We are now eagerly looking forward to next year’s Trade Boot Camp, as this event has proven to be an invaluable platform for connecting with promising apprentices. The opportunity to actively engage with these ambitious individuals, eager to make their mark in the trades industry, is truly a privilege for Wilson Corp.
